Caine's Arcade...

We have been really inspired by a clip from youtube.... a boy in America named Caine who makes his own arcade.  What makes the clip so great is that it becomes something much bigger, and it has really inspired us to think about how it could work for us....  stay tuned!  We may be on the hunt for cardboard boxes!

We are going to try using a tool called "Timeline".  It is all about putting things into the order that they happened.  We did this one together....

Today was our first day on the school cross country course!!  It was a great day (really sunny), and we enjoyed walking the course (especially the year 3s, they thought the hill was awesome).

We will be training most days of the week as long as it is not raining, and we will be going to practice over the road on the actual course from week 3.

Hook in day

What a great first week back!
We started the term with an art day... our work is almost ready to go up on the wall - keep a look out!

And on Thursday we had a fantastic hook in day- a movie and lots of party games!
